The website apprendrefacilement.ca is operated by Joël Boudreau (Joël Boudreau).

2. Information we collect

Through the booking form, we collect your first name, email, phone number, your child's schooling situation and main challenge, and whether your partner will attend.

3. Why

This information is used only to contact you, prepare your child's free assessment and schedule the meeting. It is never sold.

4. Tools we use

• Calendly, for scheduling appointments.
• Make and Google, to receive and organize requests sent through the form.
• Measurement and advertising cookies, such as Meta's (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the effectiveness of our ads. You can decline them using the site's banner.

Some of these services may store data outside Quebec.

5. Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to support you, then delete it.

6. Your rights (Quebec Law 25)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.
